Only 3 days left to claim your $350 million T-Mobile data breach settlement!
There is still time for millions of T-Mobile customers to receive up to $100. Don’t miss the deadline!
76 million T-Mobile customers in the US may have been compromised in the data breach. Ultimately, the number may be even higher. If the $350 million settlement is approved at a final hearing on Jan 20, it will be the second-largest data breach payout in US history, following Equifax’s $700 million settlement in 2019.
January 20th is the scheduled date for the final approval hearing. The proposed settlement was mailed to most class members. If you’re unsure of your status, you can email the settlement administrator or call 833–512–2314.
You can submit a claim by mail or on the settlement website:
T-Mobile Data Breach Settlement
c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC
P.O. Box 225391
New York, NY 10150–5391
The deadline for submitting claims is 11:59 p.m. PT on Jan. 23, 2023. That date is the deadline for postmarking claims.
According to the settlement website, T-Mobile customers are eligible for a $25 cash payment. $100 is available to California residents.
Up to $25,000 can be reimbursed if you had to spend money or time recovering from fraud or identity theft caused by the breach. Your claim must, however, be accompanied by extensive documentation. Payments are typically sent out within 90 days of settlements being approved, though appeals could slow down the process.
