True beauty is on the inside, right? Yet, taking care of our appearance is not just vanity. How we feel and how we evaluate ourselves affects our work, productivity, and self-confidence.

Knowing that small habits and rituals can be a powerful force, why not plan some time ahead to systematically rejuvenate yourself?

Skincare is an integral part of self-care

Here are my three rituals that I do regularly — daily or at least once a week. None of those requires much time or any significant financial investment.

However, it’s not only about the results. Taking a few minutes to indulge in a therapeutic self-care process gives me immediate improvement in quieting mind and skin.
